Meet the Adobo team
Adobo directors Craig Fraser, a former quantity surveyor, and Mark Walker, an ex-banker, met on a snowboarding trip in the States in 2008 and quickly bonded over burritos.
Spotting a gap in the market for a fresh, healthy, ethically-sourced fast casual Mexican restaurant in London, they pledged to bring the taste they loved to the capital.
Together with catering adviser Paul McDonnell, the pair fused their passion for food with their extensive experience in finance and project management to launch Adobo in a prominent central London location.
